Special Education

Welcome to the radical resource room homepage! The staff here at Westmoreland School strive to help all children access the resources and tools they need in order to be successful and independent learners. We here in the resource room offer assistance to all students in the building no matter how big or small their needs are. We are here to help students manage assignments, organize materials, regulate their bodies, and offer them support in their academics according to their individual learning styles.

It is the role of the resource room to deliver services to students according to their Individual Education Plans and assist the general education teachers with accommodating students within the classroom. Our small team consists of certified special educators and special education assistants.

Additional programs we assist with include RTI and the School Store.
